Greetings Family, Friends & Partners!


As I enter into the month of October, it is exciting to see God at work in our church plant, City Connect Church. I went into August unsure of who would be joining our core team and where we would hold worship services. Since then, God has added several amazing people to our team including a worship leader, and we received approval for the use of a facilities location in 2022. (waiting on 2023 approval). 


I am extremely grateful to Pastor Brian Kennedy for the gracious support he has shown us as our sending church. I am also grateful to SENDNetwork and the MyBLVD training I have received from Dhati Lewis. In my latest training, we looked hard at different systems of discipleship and ministry. The bonds we are forming as a cohort is encouraging as we seek to plant churches throughout North America. 


Moving forward, our core team is meeting bi-weekly to train and prepare for our January launch. We are discussing pre-launch strategies which include: outreach, small group logistics, Sunday worship, guest & member tracking, discipleship training, and community engagement.
